Might I give a few pointers though? <.When Billy summons up his ghost energy, it looks kinda fake since its so solid. <.< Perhaps you could lower the Alpha (basically the opacity. XD; ) of that layer, and it may look a shmidge better. ^^ Also, when a character uses the letter L in a word, usually the tongue goes to the roof of the mouth. ^w^ Maybe you could try that in your next Flash! And (just a pointer since many people *coughMEcough* XDD don't know about it. ^^) don't forget: You can change how many frames go per second!
