Duuuude, definitely Cloud AND Sora!! (TTwTT I wish I could pick both...)
I also think Zidane(FF9) has awesome hair too,
I don't think InuYasha does, it makes him look like a girl... xDDD
Nah, I'm not even interested in InuYasha anymore anyway...

Nonono! Sorry, it was my fault. I accidentally tweaked his facial nerves... and may have stopped his heart >/////<

Though it's sort of 'normal', I think the person with the best anime hair is a tie between Kudou Shinichi, Tantei-san, and his non-related twin/clone, Kuroba Kaito, AKA 1412 Phantom Thief Kaitou KID.

Aaron Foxx is the Cosplay genius. Gaiki is the messenger of Hell.
Aaron Kudou in the Witch. Kiyuki is the Double agent. Artemis and LostFox are the Tormented Souls. And I am a Denizen of *Madd-World, Welcome to my mind.

You want gravity defying anime hair? Then Wakka from FFx-2 is the one I always think of. He is voiced by John Dimaggio and usually thrusts his crotch forward when he wins a battle XD

98% of animal-lovers know that BSL is a really bad idea, if you're one of the 2% that don't, get informed dammit!!

I have to say Dark, hands down.

This is the best kind of person to talk to: someone who is willing to take an honest look at the evidence. Being willing is essential. Evidence cannot convince the unwilling.
